BEHIND THE BRAND
Clelia Zolli was born in Italy - Bari, in the southern region of Puglia. Her family owned a factory in the garment industry . This introduced Clelia to the world of fashion at a young age. As she grew, so did her passion for the industry and she headed to Milan to follow her dream. There she studied at the Domus Academy and went on to work for several fashion houses.
1996
Clelia and her husband Enrico Pedico, a fellow fashion industry veteran and son of a garment factory owner, founded Clen. Combining their knowledge and creativity, as well as their names, Clen became a successful line with freestanding stores, selling not only their designs but also supporting local artists and designers with events and shows. Clen is dedicated to dressing a sophisticated and sensual woman who pays attention to details and quality, always combining elegance and style.
2007
Clelia and Enrico moved to New York City, where they continued their efforts in the fashion industry.
2011
Clelia’s passion and knowledge of art and design naturally evolved into her next project: Clen Gallery, to share her passion for European art, and to create a platform that promotes artists and craftsmen.
2012
Clen Lux is the latest fashion concept by Clen. Started in 2012, Clen Lux blends Clelia’s experience and creativity into a new line of clothing and accessories for a sophisticated woman. In 2020 Clen expanded its concept and opportunity, becoming a multibrand online concept store.
